Use of the App

Ferst Fitness is designed to help users track workouts, nutrition, and health-related activities, and to connect clients with coaches. You agree to use the app responsibly and not misuse the platform.

Health Disclaimer

Ferst Fitness does not provide medical advice.

• The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or diet program
• You use the app at your own risk

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your health and physical condition
• Any injuries or health issues resulting from workouts or diet plans
• The accuracy of the data you enter into the app

Ferst Fitness is not liable for any harm or damages resulting from the use of the app.

Account & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes
• Harass or abuse other users
• Share misleading or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., posts, plans).

However, by using the app, you grant Ferst Fitness the right to display and use this content within the platform.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features, including coaching plans, are offered as paid subscriptions.

• Prices, the billing period, and what each subscription includes are shown to you before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• If a renewal payment fails, access may continue during a short grace period and then be paused until payment succeeds.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; Ferst does not store your full card details.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Any applicable refund or withdrawal rights will be honored as required by the law that applies to you.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms.

Coaching Services

Ferst Fitness connects independent coaches with clients.

• Coaches are independent and are not employees or agents of Ferst Fitness.
• Ferst Fitness provides the platform only and is not a party to any agreement between a coach and a client.
• Coaches are responsible for their own content, advice, and conduct. We do not guarantee any coach's qualifications, advice, or results.
• Any dispute about coaching services is primarily between the coach and the client.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
